As we get to the third round, there are still a number of options out there for dynasty managers, but this is the range where savvy dynasty managers really understand the risk associated with their rookie picks. In reality, these picks are more likely to bust than hit, by a major margin. Trading them for established veterans who can help, even as streamers or bye week replacements, simply has to be considered.
