Each week throughout the 2024 NFL season, I’ll cover two rookies in the Rookie Report Card and will generally write about the most prominent performers from that particular week. I’ll discuss how well he’s lived up to expectations at the NFL level and then grade the player in three categories: performance to date, rookie season potential, and long-term upside.

Rome Odunze, WR CHI

Week 14 stats: four receptions on five targets for 42 yards and two touchdowns.

Week 14 saw Bears’ rookie Odunze score two touchdowns in the second-best fantasy performance of his young career. Odunze has been one of the lone bright spots for the 4-9 Bears this season, as he’s second on the team in both receiving yards and touchdowns. He has seen double-digit targets in two of his last four games and looks to be trending upwards after head coach Matt Eberflus was fired and interim coach Thomas Brown took over.
