The NFL owners failed to pass a rule banning the "tush push."
Read moreEach and every week a variety of injuries come out of the Sunday and Monday games needing analysis and timelines to manage your fantasy rosters. Add in the unreported injuries on Wednesday and in-practice issues, and this could make any fantasy footballer’s head spin trying to keep up.
I am Kyle Trimble, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and injury analyst at Dynasty League Football. I am here every week to break down the latest injuries and provide perspective on how to navigate the pitfalls that are injuries.

Let’s look at the various injuries heading into Week 10 and any concerns moving forward for your fantasy championships.
Injury: Right hip pointer, oblique
Timeline to Return: Week 10-11
London exited Sunday’s game versus the Dallas Cowboys in the first half with a right hip injury. Testing revealed that he suffered a right hip pointer injury and an oblique strain. While that is a relatively favorable outcome, this still doesn’t get London out of the woods. The hip pointer is more of a pain issue but the oblique that attaches to the iliac crest complicates things. The oblique is necessary for twisting and flexing the trunk, both crucial actions for a wide receiver.
Watch the injury report participation this week with hopes that London can get a full practice in on Friday. We’ve seen players like Anthony Richardson miss time with the same injury so it will come down to how he feels during the week. If London isn’t trending in the right direction, go grab Ray-Ray McCloud who will at least eat up his snaps should he be inactive.
Injury: Right ACL tear
Timeline to Return: 2025
All’s rookie season ended just after nine games due to a right ACL tear suffered in Week 9 against the Las Vegas Raiders. This is unfortunately the same knee that he tore his ACL in last year while at Iowa and he had a lengthy injury history coming into the draft. There was strong concern for All’s longevity due to his injuries and this is just the latest setback.
He will go through the grueling rehab once again with his snap shares going to Mike Gesicki or Drew Sample, both fine options on the waiver wire.
