Rhamondre Stevenson, RB NE +17.83
After an RB9 finish in 2022, Stevenson was regarded as a do-it-all kind of back who could command a three-down workload, even in a bad offense. Unfortunately for his managers, how bad that offense was actually going to be was severely downplayed before the 2023 season. Stevenson finished as a disappointing RB35.
