Riser: George Pickens, WR

2023 was a strange season for Pickens. His missed touchdown opportunity against the Titans in a Thursday night island game was excellent fodder for the Twitter community, immediately sparking a reaction from anyone who even had a passing interest in football. He seemed to flirt with the doghouse weekly, yet at the end of the year it all added up to a 63-1,140-5 line, a breakout year which made the Steelers comfortable enough to move on from Diontae Johnson this off-season.
