Riser: Quentin Johnston, WR

I know it’s cool and hip to hate on Johnston, but I think the pendulum has swung too far in the other direction on the second-year wide receiver. Johnston entered into a tough situation as a rookie with two established veterans ahead of him on the depth chart. With Keenan Allen and Mike Williams moving on this off-season, there are plenty of opportunities for Johnston to take on a bigger role in the offense.
