If you’ve been playing dynasty fantasy football for a while now, you’re aware of the year-three wide receiver breakout. Tyreek Hill, Michael Thomas, and Mike Evans all needed a few seasons before they became fantasy superstars.If a player hasn’t broken out by their third season, then it probably isn’t going to happen. Tolbert is way down the board going into his third year. He’s the 88th WR off the board and going 215 overall in June’s ADP. He’s being selected after Jonathan Mingo and Adam Thielen. Jalin Hyatt, Brenden Rice and Devontez Walker are the receivers going right after him.
