The Ravens have a fairly straightforward target hierarchy, consisting of veteran tight end Mark Andrews, Flowers, and then basically everyone else down a few tiers later.

Not surprisingly, such a consolidated target tree should yield dividends for rising NFL sophomore Flowers, who as a rookie put together a fine campaign resulting in a finish as the PPR WR30. And while Baltimore only had nearly the same passing volume as they did in 2022, Lamar Jackson’s sustained health combined with improved coaching and play-calling led to 600 additional passing yards and 1.3 more YPA. With the 2023 rookie already leading the team in targets in a vastly improved passing offense, things could be set to truly take off in 2024.
