The Ravens made a significant change on offense prior to the 2023 season. Out was long-time offensive coordinator Greg Roman and in was Todd Monken, a coordinator more willing to attack downfield. The results were mostly positive, as Baltimore finished sixth in the NFL in total offense and Lamar Jackson set career highs in passing yards and yards per attempt. In year two, there is more room for improvement, especially with the talent the Ravens have added on the offensive side of the ball in the past two drafts.
After a pair of truncated, relatively modest seasons from Jackson in 2021 and 2022, the dynasty community had cooled on a man who was once the toast of fantasy. After posting his career highs in many critical categories as a passer, Jackson has returned to the elite. He has shed weight prior to the 2024 season in hopes of becoming more agile (if physically possible) and remains a high pick at the position in both redraft and dynasty leagues. Behind him is the well-traveled Josh Johnson, who would have superflex appeal if Jackson goes down but would drag the offense down as a whole. Malik Cunningham was actually recently moved to receiver, providing opportunity for another quarterback to work their way onto this depth chart.
