Twitter Observations: Tyreek Hill to Miami, Derek Carr on the Way Up with Davante Adams?

The NFL continues to be America’s most popular entertainment, even in its off-season. Between the blockbuster trades sprinkled throughout free agency, every day is bringing a new wrinkle to dynasty teams.

Below are the tweets that stood out this week as you look ahead to the 2022 season.

Dolphin Tale

If there already wasn’t enough pressure on Tua Tagovailoa this season, Miami gifted him one of the top receivers in the game in their trade for Tyreek Hill. The Dolphins are giving up picks and a huge contract extension to what is, presumably, the last piece to a re-built offense.

In addition to Hill, Miami signed running backs Chase Edmonds and Raheem Mostert, receiver Cedrick Wilson and - in what was the biggest Miami move to date - offensive tackle Terron Armstead among others.

For Tagovailoa, it represents a huge upgrade in the players around him, not to mention new coach Mike McDaniel. The Dolphins quarterback finished as a low-end QB2 in fantasy scoring managing just 2,600-plus yards and 16 touchdowns in 13 games in 2021, something he simply can’t do again if he wants to keep his job.
