Last off-season, many thought the Cleveland Browns could have an elite defense, but they failed to make the postseason. Meanwhile, the Cincinnati Bengals had a mediocre defense but went close to winning a title.

Ouch, not a good outlook at LB for this division outside of Wilson and maybe Queen.
Yeah not ideal right now. I am on the JOK bandwagon a bit. But I also think his versatility could harm his efficiency.
Tom, how come no mention of that beast Joseph Ossai in Cincy? Did I miss something?
