2022 NFL Scouting Combine Winners and Losers: Running Back

As the 2022 NFL Scouting Combine provides us with more information about this year’s draft prospects, we are taking a position-by-position look at the winners and losers from Indianapolis. Let’s jump straight into it!

Winners

Breece Hall, Iowa State

Hall did everything he needed to do to lock in his RB1 status and top overall rookie pick in this class, at least in 1QB formats. He blazed a ridiculous 4.39-second 40-yard dash, far faster than almost anyone expected him to run.

Combine that 40-yard dash time with excellent marks in the jumping events, and Hall now has a shot at being a first-round pick in the upcoming NFL Draft.
