John, thanks for the useful insight and analysis! Do you think that some of the negative reaction to this year’s draft is any way related to how successful last year’s draft was? I understand there are less alpha prospects this year and some of the landing spots are not ideal but it feels like there’s a negative overcorrection of this class because it didn’t go as amazing as last year. I’d still be buying picks up to 2.6 if I was rebuilding. Just curious what you think. Thanks again! Always love these types of articles.

I traded #2 and a 1 next year for #5 and #8 this year and a 2nd next year.

We won’t draft for a couple months and I may move around some more, but in typical superflex fashion QBs will be the most sought after for teams that may have only 2 starters, or worse, a team picking 3 only has Murray on his roster. I’ve got Burrow/Stafford/Wentz, didn’t make sense to take a guy at 2 I could get at 5.

Yeah I should’ve given more detail. I’m pretty solid all around honestly so I was just looking to add more talent right away.

12 Team – 1QB, I traded 1.10 for 2.02 & 2.05.
At 1.12 I landed Marshall who I really like this year. Then took Lawrence & Toney. This team had little depth and 2 aging QBs so feel better leaving the draft with those 3
