The deeper we get into the 2019 NFL Draft class – more specifically the wide receivers – the more players we see with high-end upside. Parris Campbell of Ohio State just turned in an incredible Scouting Combine performance which forced us to do a double take on his college production. When you start to put it all together, we just may be looking at the potential best WR in this group.
