Welcome to 20/20. As part of our continued Dynasty Scouts coverage and in preparation for the NFL Combine later this month, we’ll be profiling 20 of the top incoming rookies of the class of 2016 by giving you 20 facts you must know.

.) Player Name – Leonte Carroo

.) College – Rutgers

.) Height/Weight – 5-foot-11 7/8, 201 pounds

.) Birth date  – January 24, 1994

.) Class – Senior

.) Basic college stats – Only started 30 games in college, but has scored 29 touchdowns. Has a total of 122 catches for 2,373 yards, but only played in eight games in 2015. He had 809 yards and 10 touchdowns this past season.

.) NFL Draft round projection – I can easily see Carroo go anywhere in the mid-second round to the end of the third, or even later. It comes down to how teams feel about his off the field issues. Sometimes this drops a player.

.) Current NFL comp – I see a lot of Torrey Smith in Carroo’s game. He is a bit shorter, but I think the hands and deep prowess tell it all. He attacks the ball and has a knack for reading the corners. He won’t tear you apart after the catch, but he is a threat.

.) Best possible destination – Washington seems like a good of spot as any. Detroit right now is the Dallas of wide receiver landing spots, but I don’t think it’s a good fit for Carroo. He is very similar to Golden Tate and having two like receivers has its upside, but it also has its downsides. Washington could be losing a ton of receiver talent here in the near future and needs some youth at the position.

.) Worst possible destination – This could be a plethora of teams who either have stable options at wide receiver one and two or just have a lot of bodies. I think either Pittsburgh or Miami would be worst case. Pittsburgh is overflowing with wide receiver talent and Miami has a ton of young receivers all jockeying for production.

.) Best current skill – While Carroo is a pretty solid overall player, my favorite thing about him is his hands. I rarely see a dropped pass (if at all) in the tape that I watched and his catch rate reflects that. He attacks the ball in the air and even made a few extremely contested catches.

.) Skill that needs to be improved – There was something about his stride which kept jumping out to me; I felt that if he lengthened it a bit he would be able to accelerate a lot quicker. His blocking was up and down, like many rookie receivers, but it can always use some work.

.) Past/current rookie ADP – Currently he is the 11th player off the board in Rookie ADP.

.) Projected dynasty value – While being a late first rounder right now, he is a in a spot to climb in value. As a rather polished receiver, Carroo can contribute early and improve quickly. This is going to a boon for his value and I love where he is currently sitting in ADP. Buying in on him with a better team is going to pay dividends.

.) Filling the gaps –  If Carroo played the four games he missed in his senior year due to suspension and injury, he was projected to have post a 59 reception, 1,213 yard, 15 touchdown line.

.) Those hands – Carroo had a 71% catch rate in 2015

.) Elite AIR – Carroo has a best in draft class 1.70 AIR Score for 2015 (A metric created by Eric Hardter and compiled for this class by the great George Kritikos (@RotoHack) and over the last three season his AIR Score has been above 1.30 indicating how much he has contributed to the teams overall production.

.) Big plays are his calling card – Carroo ended the season with 16 plays that went for more than 20 yards while missing 4 games.

.) Bowing out – Carroo bowed out of the senior bowl due to a leg injury, a smart move with the impending draft and his body of work.

.) Legal concerns – Carroo’s legal issues have ended with zero charges and all claims have been dropped. Hopefully this can increase his draft stock.
