Editor’s Note: This is a Dynasty Scouts exclusive article. Remember, our Dynasty Scouts section focuses on the stars of tomorrow, with a laser focus on High School recruits and College players who look to have the talent to be future assets in dynasty leagues and have value today in devy leagues. A few weeks ago I broke down the wide receiver college football scene with my Devy Wide Receiver Big Board, and now I’ve decided to follow that with running backs. The table and breakdowns are exactly the same format, so if you get confused, refer back to the wide receiver big board article. I will continue to update these as the offseason continues. My goal is to have seen some games of every player on each list, or at least do some closer research by the fall. Once high schoolers decide on schools I will add them, as well.

One last thing, keep in mind that draft position for a running back is much different than a wide receiver. There aren’t as many high draft position evaluations for this position. This does not mean I think there are more good receivers, quite the contrary, actually.
