Let’s get to it!

thanks again! really great site! 2WRs, 2RBs, 1TE and 1FLEX:
dem thomas, dez bryant, miles austin, greg jennings
benjarvus green-ellis, bryce brown, jon dwyer
gronkowski or greg olsen
lawrence tynes – drop him? he’s been sucking and plenty of other kickers available.
i was thinking
dem thomas
dez
maustin vs new orleans
benjarvus
bryce brown
thanks for helping making it a profitable season! this is the best site for articles on very young / under the radar players. it also has good advice and it’s good to read the advice given to other managers to research other players and team dynamics for next season. in the future, would appreciate a greater focus on advanced fantasy theory as it relates to dynasty in addition to such a strong season and player discussion.
Appreciate the feedback Pete … hope you’ll stick around for our off-season content and draft coverage.
I’d hang onto Tines. He had one bad week but he’s still near the top.
Looks like McCoy is back this week. Watch the news. Almost have to play Dwyer now. Watch the news with Gronk as well although I’d likely start Olsen just to be safe.
Man, made it through despite Eli! Thank goodness I was facing Freeman.
Eli versus Ravens (worst of three defenses my QBs will face)
Or either of the following:
Wilson versus 49ers
Kaepernick versus Seattle
I’d start Eli and hold my breath.
Russell Wilson vs SF
or
Mathew Stafford vs Atlanta
for the Championship
Hate to do it but Stafford is your play. Wilson is hot but I expect he’ll cool off a bit in SF.
Russell Wilson vs SF
or
Tannehill vs BUF
Never thought I’d make it this far with almost half of my offense consisting of rookies…now I want it all 🙂
Wilson. Good for you to want it all … that’s why we play the game. Go with the hot Wilson and keep your fingers crossed.
Choose 2 for all the marbles: Britt, Denarius, Danario, TBMW
1/2 ppr
Gotta go with Danario and TBMW. Britt and Moore have been too inconsistent.
Alright, title game. PPR
Start 3. Miles Austin, Bryce Brown, TBMW, Vick Ballard, Kenny Britt.
Got get’em.
Austin, TBMW, Ballard.
Great advice last week! Need your help one last time
PPR league championship
1 qb newton, Kaepernick, cutler
2 rb. Lynch, trichardson, McFadden
2 wr. Austin, s smith, a brown, Avery, torrey smith, James jones, Britt, Cecil shorts
1 TE. Miller, Lewis, Tamme
1 Pk Tynes or Walsh
And 1flex from wr rb or TE
You guys are the best! Thanks
Hope I didn’t lose all the mojo. 🙂
1) Newton – I’m starting him myself in a championship game
2) Lynch and TRich
3) Pick names out of a hat, better chance that way. I’d start S. Smith and Shorts.
4) Is that Heath Miller? If so … start him. If not, Lewis.
5) Tynes
Flex is DMc
James JOnes is hard not to start but he’s so streaky. If you really want to start him, put him in for DMc and hope for the best.
Good luck
Championship Game – standard scoring
1 QB: Schaub vs MIN/R. Wilson vs SF
1-2 RB: LeShoure vs ATL/Lynch vs SF/ DWilly vs OAK
1-3 WR: DHB @ CAR/Jennings vs TEN/Little @ DEN/Marshall @ ARZ/Quick @ TBB/ ESanders vs CIN
1-2 TE: Daniels vs MIN/ Rudolph @ HOU
Love to see so many championship games from our subscribers. Good luck!
Schaub
Leshoure and Lynch. I can’t start DWill, scares me too much
Marshall DHB and Jennings – Not excited about any of those plays other than Marshall
TE: Daniels
That’s a bit of a rough lineup this week for a ring game.
If you need a high ceiling play, swap DWill in for Leshoure and pray
Need 1 RB and 1 flex from the group below. PPR. Thanks in advance!
Bryce Brown
Shonn Greene
Hartline
TY Hilton
David Wilson
McCluster
I have Josh gordon as well, but he’ll be against champ Bailey…
Greene and Wilson as long as Bradshaw remains out. He’s Q now, and I think they’ll hold him out.
Great call on Greene!
This site ROCKS!! Thanks for all the Advice this year
Championship game and going for 3rd Championship in 4 years of existence!!
1 PPR league, Starting Requirements 1QB,2RB,2WR,1FLEX RB,WR,TE), 1TE
QB – AROD
RB – AP,CJ2k,Moreno,Trich,D. Williams, NEED 2
WR – Nicks,J.Jones, Cobb, Wayne, T. Smith Need 2
FLEX – Cj2K,Moreno, Williams, T.Rich,Jones, Cobb, Nicks, Wayne,Witten NEED 1
TE – Graham, Witten NEED 1
Hope this is not confusing but didnt know how else to present.
thanks in advance for all the great advice.. It really helps using it as a guide to my thinking.
Thank Nich!
RB: AP and TRich – Go with the studs
WR: Jones and Cobb
TE: Witten
FX: CJ2k if you want feast or famine and a high ceiling. I’d start Moreno only because with this lineup you have to be the favorite and you just need good points. Moreno has been ultra consistent.
Standard Scoring, non-PPR.
Start two: D. Alexander, P. Garcon, M. Wallace, D. Amendola.
Also, would you start whomever you sit here as a Flex over T-Rich (and his bad matchup against Denver)?
DX and Garcon as long as RGIII plays. Amendola as a close third against a horrible TB D.
No … I couldn’t sleep knowing that I had TRich on the bench.
I’m changing my mind here. I don’t like DX’s matchup. Start Amendola vs. the 32nd ranked defense against fantasy receivers.
D Alexander or Fitz? Ppr.
DX. Fitz is still unplayable.
For the title:
WR – RCobb, MWallace, DAlexander, JMaclin, DMoore, MCrabtree – choose 2
1 point per ten yards receiving plus distance scoring on touchdowns as follows:
7 pts – 0-9 yard score
9 pts – 10-25 yard score
11 pts – 26-50 yard score
13 pts – 51+ yard score
Good luck!
Cobb and DX. I hate that last game that DX put up but I have to stick with him. If it scares you too much, Crabtree has been posting with Kaep under center … you can start him if you like. It’s very close. Even Wallance is a decent play here but he’s been too inconsistent.
12 team 18 player roster
1 pt ppr
Championship Game
Pick 1 from each position. *=My pick
QB: Schuab* vs Minny (Worst case scenario is Houston up early and Schuab sits in the 4th)or Dalton @ Pitt
RB: CJ @ Miami (I worry about QB Fizzle)or Knowshown* vs Cleveland
(fyi, starting Foster and Trent Richardson also)
WR: Bryant* vs Saints (Romo threw to NINE different receivers last week)or Hankerson @Armon Moore (yup, that’s all I got unless Jordy Nelson is considered a must start)
TE: Miller* vs Pitt or Myers @ Carolina
PK: Pratt or Baily*
DT: Pittsburgh or Washington*
Thanks for all the advice!!!
dats Miller vs Cincy
Good luck!
QB: Schaub
RB: I’m okay with Moreno starting over CJ in Miami. But you may cry when it’s done. 🙂
WR: Bryant
TE: Miller
PK: Bailey
DT: WAS
Go get’em
Title Game QB Quandary
Eli at Ravens
OR
Rivers at NYJ
OR
Tannehill home vs Bills.
Am I crazy to think Tannehill might be best option in my most important week?
Also with AJ Green and Julio Jones as must starts– would you go with Demaryius or Vincent Jackson at Flex? Thanks in advance.
Stick with Eli. I know it’s tough but I wouldn’t even second guess this decision.
Tannehill might be the best option but I can’t start him over Eli.
I’d go with Thomas.
Finals!
Standard WR3: Gordon, Amendola, or Maclin?
0.5 PPR, Pick 2 RBs: DeAngelo Williams, Sproles, or Lynch?
Thanks.
Good luck!
Amendola.
I’d don’t think you can sit Sproles or Lynch this week. DWill is a sneaky play but I can’t start him over the other two with a ring on the line.
PPR League –
Greg Jennings or James Jones for my #4 WR?
(Assuming Jordy Nelson is out again, otherwise I think it has to be Jennings although it almost cost me this week! Almost.)
JJ has been hot … stick with him. He’s also been inconsistent. He’s inconsistently hot. Good enough for me though. 🙂
PPR – David Wilson, Alex Green or Bryce Brown this week.
Wilson.
ppr
I need to start 3 from this group…
Andre Johnson vs MIN
Reggie Wayne @ KCC
Hakeem Nicks @ BAL
Greg Jennings vs TEN
My gut tells me to sit Jennings.
AJ
Wayne
Nicks
Your gut sounds like my gut.
Two guts can’t be wrong.
Also PPR – pick 2 out of Dez, Cobb, Britt, or Victor Cruz.
Dez and Cobb. That’s a tough tough choice but Cruz has to sit. My gut says to sit Dez but I can’t tell you to do that. It’s a coin flip but I’ll go with the better matchup here. Start Dez over Cruz.
Don’t hate me in the morning.
PPR… Gotta start 2 out of
Dez, Crabtree, and T Richardson
Dez and TRich.
Crabs has been hot but cant’ start him over those other two. At least I can’t.
First off, thanks for the advice through the year. Now here I am…needing your help again. Standard/non-ppr:
Pick 2: Foster, Charles, Forte, Wilson, Brown
Pick 3: Megatron, DX, Decker, VJax, Shorts
Pick 1: Gates, Rudolph, Pitta
Then finally: Panthers or Colts
Good luck to everyone who had made it this far!
That’s why we’re here. It’s been a pleasure. Good luck!
Foster and Forte’ for me. Bush has been put on IR. Charles could blow up but I trust Forte’ more here.
Megatron, Shorts and VJax although it’s a toss up. DX has a tougher matchup.
Pitta – Another toss up.
I’d start IND
There’s a very low probability of getting this combo correct, this is the toughest question this week.
Thanks…having depth is a double edged sword. Again, thanks for a great year of content and interaction! Well worth every penny
Non PPR For the Win!
1-QB Luck or Bradford
3-WR Green, Cobb, Decker and Williams
1-TE Graham, Gresham or Pitta
1-K Bryant, Walsh or Bailey
1-D Seahawks or Atlanta
I have my RB firmed up with Moreno and Martin. The others I kinda know just looking for another opinion.
Thanks and Merry Christmas!
FTW! Good luck.
Luck
Green, Cobb and Williams (TBMW?)
Pitta
Bailey
SEA
Yes TBMW.
Sorry to put this question here, but I didnt see a waiver wire article.
DJ Williams, TE Green Bay.
Thoughts for dynasty purposes? Let’s assume for the moment that Finley won’t be back.
I just picked him up myself John, last week. So yes!
1) PPR Pick two: Denario Alexander, Stevie Johnson, Cecil Shorts
2) PPR Pick one: Colts Def vs KC, or Pitt vs Cin (standard ESPN scoring)
3) 1/2 PPR Pick one: Lesean McCoy, Bryce Brown, David Wilson or Mark Ingram
Thanks guys!
1) Stevie and SHorts
2) Colts
3) McCoy as long as he plays. IF not, Wilson.
.5 PPR – Pick 2: Nicks, Decker, DX, Bryce Brown
Nicks and Decker. Tough sit on Decker this week, it’s very close.
I meant tough sit on DX
PPR league +1 rec
Pick 1 RB
Woodhead vs JAX
A. Green vs TEN
B. Powell vs SD
L. Miller vs BUF
Pick 1 TE
Sheffler vs ATL
Rudolph vs HOU
Thanks
I think you have to risk Woodhead.
I’d roll with Rudolph.
Not great choices here but could be worse.
Pick 2 for PPR. Ridley, Maclin, or Jennings
Pick 1 for PPR. Ballard or Ridley.
Thanks!
Ridley and Maclin
Ballard. Ridley is a risky play this week but I love his matchup. If he fumbles again though, he’ll sit the game.
Ppr… Davis or gates
Ppr… Pick 1….. S jax, garçon, green ellis, or danario alexander
VD is unplayable right now. Play Gates.
Garcon as long as RGIII plays. If not, SJax for the guaranteed touches. PIT still has a great run D. 4th against fantasy RBs.

basic league, you play 1 qb 2 rb 3 wr/tw 1 K
do I play heather miller or stievie johnson?
My other 2starters at wr/te are randell cobb and Julio jones
Heather Miller? Is she any good? 🙂
I’d play Stevie.
Made the title game in 3 out of my 5 leagues! But need some help this week!
League 1 non ppr;
qb; Romo or Matt Ryan
wr need 2; Decker, Garcon, Colston or D. Alexander
rb need 3; Foster, Alfred Morris, T-Rich or K Moreno
League 2 ppr;
pick 3 wrs; Julio Jones, K Britt, D Alexander, Maclin, or Justin Blackmon
TE; Gates or K Rudolph
K; Tynes or Sea Bass
Def; Colts or Pats
Laegue 3 ppr;
flex pick 1; Beanie Wells, Bradshaw(if he plays), TY Hilton, J Backmon or Jackie Battle
TE; Veron Davis, Dallas Clark, Zack Miller,or Marcedes Lewis
k; Jason Hanson or Sea Bass
def; Pats, Redskins or Colts
Awesome job Jon! Glad we could be along for the ride.
QB: I’ve gotta go with Romo at home vs. NO.
WR: Decker and Garcon – Tough choices
RB: Foster, Morris and TRich – All are good plays
Julio, DX and Maclin. Just don’t trust Britt yet.
TE: Both have been off their games, I’d start Gates.
K: Sea Bass
D: Pats
Blackmon
Davis
Sea Bass
WAS
Hey Guys
Need to start 2 of these in a non PPR league
Ballard
Leshoure
Sproles
Cecil Shorts or
Danario Alexander.
thanks
I’d start Ballard and Sproles. Shorts is a very close #3.
Which D/ST do I start
Broncos
Cards
Redskins or
Colts?
I’d stick with the Broncos
PPR.
Pick 2
Trent Richardson
Hakeem Nicks
Greg Jennings
Thinking about starting the wr’s. Because, to me, their floor is 4-5 catches and 50 yards, or 9-10 points. T-Rich, on the other hand, the one guy on my team I could play every week, has to play one of the hottest/best defenses in the league (ask Ray Rice owners). Leaving him with a lower floor and ceiling this week than the wr’s in my opinion.
I’d start TRich and Nicks. I don’t trust Jennings yet. He and Nicks are about a toss up but I couldn’t leave TRich on the bench
Championship game, only dilemma is at QB, but I will list all positions
QB – Start 1 – Stafford or Ben
RB – Start 2 – TRich, Charles, DWill, Bradshaw
WR – Start 3 – Calvin, Green, AJohnson, White, Decker
Flex – Start 1 of above
QB: Stafford
RB: TRich, CHarles
WR: Calvin, Green, AJ
Flex: White
Looks like a championship team to me.
Championship Game in 2 this year, Thanks
Which QB to Start?
[email protected] Balt, Kaep @ Sea or Flacco vs. NYG?
I’d stick with Eli but Kaep at SEA is intriguing. I’d still stick with Manning
PPR. Have to decided between Maclin, Britt, Ridley, and Myers at my flex. Who should I go with?
A little risky, but I’d roll with Ridley against that poor JAX D
PPR..2rb, 3wr and 2 flex
Starting: AP, Foster, Calvin Johnson & Julio
Must decide 3 of the following:
Hakeem Nicks
Roddy White
Maclin
Leshoure
DeAngelo Williams
I appreciate all the advise you have provided, nice to have a 2nd opinion.
Nicks, White and Leshoure. Really want to start DWill but I can’t trust him. And he’s playing the 32nd ranked run defense for giving up points to RBs
PPR… Steve Smith or Cobb…I do not want to over think this. I have started Cobb, but Smith vs Oak is tempting..
Thanks for the advise and this is the best site in FF for overall content.
Thanks Wayne! Stick with us through the off-season as we roll into draft coverage
Cobb. Have to stick with what go you here, he’s too good right now to sit.
Non-PPR: 1 pt. per 20 yds rec & 6pt per TD – no bonuses
Pick two of Antonio Brown, Jeremy Maclin, Santana Moss & Kenny Britt
Thanks for a great season!
Brown and Maclin. Britt is a very close #3 to Maclin against that terrible WAS secondary
Tough championship decision; really could use your help.
Start 2 RBs, non-PPR
Bryce Brown, McCoy, Ridley, Leshoure
Keep it up!
McCoy and Ridley. Have to start McCoy as long as he’s starting but he could split time. Ridley plays against a poor run D. If you don’t want the risk of McCoy, start Leshoure instead … but I’d start McCoy as long as he’s starting
Best of bad RB2 options for championship game–
Mark Ingram or LaMichael James?
Ingram has a chance for a nice game this week.
Scoring Only League, yards mean nothing
Eli vs Baltimore
Cutler vs Arizona
The matchup or the stud. Eli does not have good history with Baltimore
but he will be playing for his life. But that does not mean the TD’s, if any
wont be comming on the ground.
Have to stick with Eli and those receiving weapons.
I need 2 of the following 3 in 0.5 PPR
Austin Miles
Mike Williams TB
David Wilson
I wish I could wait and see if Bradshaw is listed as out, but sounds like a gametime decision and Wilson plays at 4 while the others play at 1.
He practiced a bit today (Bradshaw). I’d play it safe and start the WRs.
I feel like it will all come down to my IDP.
LB- Clay Matthews, Lavonte David, Wesley Woodyard
DB- Cortland Finnegan, Morgan Burnett, Tramon Williams.
DL- Tamba Hali, Julius Peppers.
Any recommendations are welcome!!! Even players that aren’t listed above.
LB: I’d play it safe and go with David. Matthews is tempting.
DB: Burnett has been solid. Stick with him
DL: Toss up – Peppers
A must win this week.
Bradford or Luck, (6pt TD, 1/20 yrds) Call me crazy, but I really want to start Bradford with Amendola back and playing against TB ranked last in league. Chiefs have not allowed a TD in two games. My opponent is playing RGIII
Pick 2 Forte, Moreno, Charles (painful last week), McFadden
Pick 3 Amendola, Cruz, Britt, Hilton, Gordon, S. Johnson
Thanks for all your help!
oh, NON-PPR
Won’t argue with you on Bradford, he’s okay to start over Luck this week.
I’d start Forte’ and Moreno. VERY Tough calls here and they are all very even. Non PPR helps
Amendola, Cruz and Johnson.
I just got word that my Flex guy isn’t going to play, so I’ll need to replace him with Logan Paulsen, Ryan Grant or Binns (looks like Hartline will miss this week). PPR scoring.
I’d risk a start of Grant and hope Alex Green stays on the sideline with his concussion
Need some advice on my second WR slot. I have Givens and Jeffery, with Brandon Gibson, McCluster, and Nate Washington available on waivers. .2 ppr reception league. Who’s your pick? I love the TB matchup for the Rams receivers but it’s hard to tell which will be more productive. Also, McCluster should be good for at least decent yardage with Bowe out and KC playing from behind. Also for defense, NYJ,Chargers, Packers, Bengals or Panthers?
I’d start Gibson, he’s had back to back games of 6 receptions with a single TD.
Chargers.
Two questions for my favorite league:
Pick 2 of Doug Martin (v. STL), Chris Johnson (v. GB) and Reggie Bush (v. BUF)
I had thought it was easy to pick the first two, but with Thomas on IR, I think Bush gets extra carries against a horrible Bills defense. I kind of want to bench Chris Johnson as I expect GB to blow TEN out. Thoughts?
Pick 2 of Dez (v. NO), Colston (v. DAL), Jennings (v. TEN) and Wayne (v. KCC)
Thanks!
Martin and Bush is okay with me. I favor CJ slightly, but I agree with you on GB and with Thomas out in MIA, Bush will get a lot of touches.
Dez and Wayne. Colston is slowing down.
