Week Thirteen Lineup Advice

You know the deal by now. You ask. We answer.

So, all you have to do again this week is post your question at the bottom of this article.  We’ll give you our answers in real time so you don’t have to wait any longer than you have to. We again figured we’d get this out a little early this week considering we have a game TONIGHT! We’ll do our best to answer any questions involving Eagles or Texans players first.

If you want advice outside of the DLF crew, go ahead and post your question in the DLF forum as well. The answers you’ll find here are intended to only be from the founders of this site, so that’s what you’ll mostly see.

Just make sure to indicate if your league is a PPR league, and if there are any other unique scoring requirements.

Here we go…

I like the prospects of the Panthers running offense this week, but I don’t think it’s possible to figure out how the workload gets split this week.

.5 ppr dynasty. Thanks for the amazing advice, and sorry there are so many questions this week – I am in way too many leagues and this week is make or break!

1. Pick One – Sanchez, Matt Ryan
2. pick One – Dez or Forte
3. pick One – Blount, Donald Brown, Mike Hart, Addai, Pierre Thomas, Dixon
4. pick One – Steven Jackson or Ray Rice( vs Pitt)
5. pick One – Keller or Gates
6. Pick One – Blount, Bradshaw or Jstew,

Number 1 should include Eli Manning along with Sanchez and Ryan

DLF Ken K

1. Ryan (over both Eli and Sanchez)
2. Forte
3. Blount
4. Rice (he’s due, regardless)
5. Gates if he plays, obviously
6. Bradshaw

Goodson. For sure.

Tough call. We’ve talked a lot about the Panthers RBs already. It’s going to be a tough call to know who will get the carries. I’d take Goodson over a second or third tier WR like Jones, though.

Standard non-PPR league scoring. Need this one to clinch playoff spot.

Hi Ken and Jeff – I hope you guys had a great Thanksgiving!

I’m thinking of sitting Matty Ice @ Tampa this week. Tampa’s pass D isn’t bad and in Atlanta Ryan only put up 18.9 pts in this league. Sam Bradford, Kitna, & McNabb are my other options. I like the Bradford @ Arz matchup. What do you guys think?

Also, same league and it is PPR also, starting Arian Foster at RB and need one more from: Bradshaw, Jacobs, Westbrook, Jonathan Stewart

Thanks!

0.5 PPR League. Have: QB – Big Ben & Freeman. WR – Burleson, Driver, Marshall, S.Moss, Mason, Manningham. Thinking about dropping Driver and picking up QB depth and/or a new WR for the playoffs (hopefully). Looking at QBs Collins, Henne and Anderson and WRs Obomanu and Blair White. I’m not really thrilled with anyone, but Driver is a wasted roster spot. Also have RBs Rice, Charles, Tolbert & R. Williams with Westbrook & Dixon available. What’s the best approach? Thanks!

DLF Ken K
Reply to  Rich

Call me nuts, but I like Freeman because of his running ability here.

I like the drop of Driver for Obomanu for now, though his value will shrink some when Williams returns to be 100%. Driver just isn’t going to be useful this year.

I’d drop Ricky for Westbrook, honestly…as long as it’s not a dynasty league.

Hi Guys, need some advice for my flex (no ppr). Options are

Brown v Cle
Moss @ NYG
Crabtree @ GB
Bush @ Cin
Gerhart @ Buf

Brown seems the best choice but he hasn’t treated me well this season. I’ve got AP and will certainly start him if he’s active. What do you think about playing Gerhart as a flex with AP at RB#1? Seems like it might be a safe play here with APs ankle and a poor Bills rush defense.

Thanks

I don’t think playing Gerhart and Peterson together is a great idea. If AP is in, he’s in 100%. I’d go with Crabtree = the 49ers will most certainly have to throw this week.

Hi guys,
non-ppr league, 1 pt every 20 rush/receiving (bigger emphasis on TD’s), 10 man league. I MUST win to make the playoffs.

Choose 2:

Choose 3:
Mike Williams TB
Mike Williams Seattle
Megatron
Lance Moore
Obomanu

Choose 1:

My thoughts are:

Gates, although I think Gronk scores a TD

Hello, first of a couple posts.

PPR league, standard 6 points per td, redraft league.

I have the bye, but want to keep my buddy from having a bye and can do that with a win!

Lost Gore, couldn’t get westbrook. Still have Hillis and foster.

Start 2 WR out of the bunch: Knox at detroit, Garcon against dallas, Obomanu against Carolina, Steve Smith (Car) at Seattle, Marshall against cleveland.

Injury plagued team down to Boldin and one of D Alexander Amendola or Jenkins (opposition I’d playing Ryan) . Nate Washington is available on waivers .

It’s a TD only league . Playing to stay out of last place as the last place finisher has to cater the 2011 draft .
