Premium FAQ’s

We’ll try to address some of the most common questions here, so if you run into any issues, please be sure to check back here first.  Thanks!

 

I am not sure when my annual subscription expires, and I’d like some more information about renewing my subscription.

I can log into some of the premium pages, but others just redirect me to the premium registration page.

Change your password by going to the My Profile box on the right side of the home page and click on Edit My Profile. After saving your changed password, clear your browser’s cache as outlined below.

I registered here on the site, but I am not able to log into the forum.

Unfortunately the main website and the forum do not operate on the same set of credentials.  If you signed up for the remium content, but you have never before signed up for the DLF Forum… wow, have you been missing out!  But now, you are not only in, but in on the Premium Forums.  So get on over to the DLF Forum Registration page, get registered, and you’ll have access to the forums in short order. And we highly recommend you use the same username and password for both the site and the forum.  We are working on a solution to use a single sign-on for all our resources, until then, thanks for your patience and understanding!

 

I can’t find or see the premium section on the forum.

You’ll find the premium section is a separate part of the DLF Forum. There is sometimes up to a 24 hour waiting period to get your premium forum access enabled. We’ll usually get it done much sooner, but just in case, hang in there and it will be enabled as quickly as possible. Thanks!
