Before you progress to that point, we need to get your league set up and configured properly so that not only does it provide for a flexible, challenging and enriching experience, but also so that it hooks your coaches into returning year after year. After all, the ultimate goal of moving to a dynasty format is for the development of a long running, consistently-owned and returning league. If you do not have coaches committed to 'owning' their teams, good or bad, and returning year after year, then you might as well head back to your nancy-boy redraft league. because you and your coaches aren't ready for this type of super-fan challenge.
