We’ve had a few changes to our rookie rankings recently, so we felt it was the right time to update the Rookie Draft Cheat Sheet for you. This downloadable rookie draft sheet is yours to use exclusively as a premium subscriber of DLF.

Keep in mind the following:

1.) The rankings used are for common scoring systems and lineup requirements.

2.) The rankings are set for PPR leagues (adjust accordingly for non-PPR leagues, but the list wouldn’t be dramatically different).

3.) We did not add any IDP rankings into the top 50

You’ll find deep positional rankings as well as an overall top 50. We’ll update this cheat sheet later this Summer once preseason games begin and players start to emerge. In the meantime, you can always check our rankings for the most updated information.

Here are a few changes to note:

1.) Blake Bortles has overtaken Johnny Manziel in our quarterback rankings. As Manziel’s off-season focus (or perceived lack thereof) becomes more and more evident, his ranking continues to slide. The risk is getting greater while the reward seems more unlikely.

2.) Jordan Matthews is now ranked above Odell Beckham Jr. as our WR4. The reports out of Philadelphia have been glowing and our rankers have noticed. It’s looking more and more likely that Matthews is going to be make an impact very early in his career.

3.) Terrance West continues to rise and the rankings battle between Isaiah Crowell and West continues to rage on. Some of our rankers love Crowell’s potential, while others see West as a potential starter sooner rather than later. The margin between the two has closed to next to nothing.

4.) Richard Rodgers, John Brown and Lorenzo Taliaferro are making the biggest rise up the board. Rodgers and Brown both flashed nice ability in mini-camps while the Ravens’ running back situation continues to show no signs of clearing up any time soon. Much like Crowell/West, some of our rankers see Colt Lyerla as the better Green Bay tight end prospect than Rodgers, but the gap has closed to nearly even with Rodgers moving up quickly.

Enjoy!
